Danielle earned both her J.D. and M.L.S. degrees from San Luis Obispo College of Law. She pursued her education at night while working full-time as the Intake Coordinator at Ernst Law Group. This dual experience provided her with invaluable insights into case evaluation and how to best assist clients on a day-to-day basis, laying a solid foundation for her legal career.

During her time in law school, Danielle’s dedication led her to assist as a certified law student under the supervision of attorneys, on a significant traumatic brain injury jury trial resulting in a $5.65 million verdict. This early exposure to trial work fueled her passion for justice. Most recently, she assisted throughout a trial against Chevron resulting in a $63 million verdict.
